A Community of Worship

First Christian Church celebrates its unity and diversity in worship. Members come from all walks of life and areas from around the community. Every Sunday morning, we gather together as one to raise our collective voice to praise Jesus Christ, to share our stories, and to support one another. Our worship service includes the weekly observance of the Lord’s Supper.

Sunday worship begins at 9:30 a.m. followed by a fellowship time, then Sunday School classes for all ages at 11:00 a.m. A staffed nursery is available during worship and Sunday School.

Members of the SNK (Sunday Night Kids) group worked with Rev. Warren Lynn of the Christian Church General Office and Pastor Mary to create a labyrinth in Fellowship Hall for use during Holy Week. Using multiple rolls of blue masking tape, they carefully laid out the nearly 40 foot wide walking labyrinth.
